|
The City of Life Corporation, operating as a community development corporation, is a service organization. Our programs, services, goals and objectives are all geared to helping individuals, families and communities maximize their potential – make the most of their talents, abilities, skills and resources. The City of Life Community Development Corporation is known in our host organization, Cathedral of Praise church, as the CDC. The CDC was started by the church and incorporated as a 501 c 3 non-profit corporation in 2001. Most programs and services became operational in 2005. City of Life CDC’s strategic focus and goals for the next several years are in three major program areas: Adult Services; Children/Youth Services; and Housing/Community Revitalization. The current programs and services for adults are the Mary & Martha Restoration Clinic, the Conquering Co-Dependency Class, and CAMP; for children/youth, the Out-of-School-Time Program, SUCCESS Teens, and Skills for Life. |
